SEEKING REFUGE - Three Week Class
This class is a precursor to participation in a sangha refuge ceremony
Taking refuge is a traditional and powerful practice that implies finding a reliable spiritual sanctuary, and utterly safe place to rest your heart and mind. We go for refuge from confusion, delusion and difficult emotions. Not as an escape but as a support in working with them.
This 3-week class will explore the ongoing ways we can take refuge in any and every moment by remembering refuge and all it symbolizes -- as well as reaffirming the wish for awakening in all we do.
